• Belvie is a technology platform only. Belvie is not a real estate broker or agency and does not practise real estate brokerage.
• Belvie does not represent buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants, and does not participate in negotiations.
• Belvie does not charge or receive commissions on any property transaction.
• All listing information — including price, area, condition, ownership and availability — is provided by the publishing user, who is solely responsible for its accuracy and legality.
• Identity and credential verification confirms that documents were submitted and reviewed. It is not a guarantee about a property, a transaction or a person's conduct.
• Users must independently verify title, encumbrances, permits and any other legal aspect with qualified professionals before signing or paying anything.
• Belvie may suspend accounts and remove listings that breach these terms or applicable Panamanian law.
• Never send deposits or payments to publishers through Belvie. Belvie never requests payment on behalf of a publisher.
